MEAL DELIVERY

We aren’t a restaurant, so our food isn’t takeout. It’s a meal designed to be heated and eaten whenever you’re ready! Everything is prepared and cooled with the end result in mind. That means you won’t get soggy stuff that’s been steaming in a container. And you can easily reheat without overcooking.

If it doesn’t travel well, we won’t make it. Every menu is built around the idea of takeout. The opposite of a restaurant! Most of our ingredients come from local farms, including meat, and all of it is seasonal. (What, no watery tomatoes in January?! Sorry, guys.)

Heating instructions
Y'all know it's all about the bread, right? A sandwich can be ruined because of one sad roll, one flimsy piece of bread (or two).

We come from a land of delicious bread. Philly is a sandwich haven and a good roll is money.
This week, we're including something new - homemade hoagie rolls! (Call them subs and we cancel your order. Kidding. Maybe.)

Use them to rip and dip, get fancy with garlic bread, or make a crazy good sandwich using your meal as all the fixins.

Preheat oven to 425

Loosen edges of pan

Place in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 155F

2:30 PM - 5:30 PM : Elizabethtown (closer to Keene), Keene, Keene Valley, Jay, Upper Jay, Ausable Forks, Wilmington, Lake Placid, Saranac Lake
Can you choose different meal options?
Sure! But each meal needs to be a whole serving. We can't put both options into one serving, as that would interrupt production.

So, how does payment work?

ONE 2 serving includes a delivery fee

TWO separate 2 servings will not include a delivery fee, but will be added as such and not counted as one 4 serving (example: TWO 2 serving meals at $25 each will equal $50)

ONE four serving has no delivery fee
Can I buy a meal for someone else?
Yes yes yes! We encourage this!
On the form you'll see that the address we ask for is the delivery address, so if you're ordering for someone else you'll put their address there.
The last section entitled "If this is a gift" is where you'll give us their name and any message.

You can pre-pay and let them choose a future meal
or buy a meal and have it sent to them.
If it is a surprise, please let us know.
Why can't I buy three servings or five?
It all comes down to production. It is easier to plan for servings of two and reduce food waste.
What if I want to share my meal with someone else?
Since each serving will be packaged individually, all you have to do is hand it over to whomever you're sharing with!
