Red Oak Food Company is owned and operated by husband and wife team Jordan and Sarah -- two native Philadelphians growing in the Adirondacks with their four boys.
Jordan likes to listen to black metal while spying for mushrooms from his truck. He is a fermentation nerd and passionate about crafting food in imaginative ways.
Sarah is a writer and an artist. She enjoys photographing people and teaching their kids.
Their kids are homeschooled and definitely weird.
